【摘要】 目的　探索腹横筋膜在腹股沟斜疝修补中的解剖和临床意义。方法　分析总结泰州人民医院 35例以充分解剖内环及其周缘腹横筋膜为基础进行修补的斜疝的临床资料。结果　随访 1～ 6年 ,无一例复发。结论　充分解冲内环及其周缘腹横筋膜对斜疝修补意义非常大 ,值得提倡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the anatomical and clinical implications of transveralis fascia in hernioplastyof oblique hernia.Methods to evaluate the therapentic effect of 35 cases with oblique hernia nuderwent hernioplasty depended on rectified anatomy of transversalis fascia in The Pepole’s Hospital. Results after 1～6 years,no recurrence was found.Conclusion rectified anatomy of transversalis fascia was very important in hernioplasty of oblique hernia.更多还原
