【Abstract】 To detect the content of Gengensu in Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pill by HPLC.The chromato-graphic column was CLC-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,10μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(25:75).The detective wave was250nm.The average recovery rate was99.14%and the RSD was1.94%.[Conclusion]This technique is accurate,rapid and handy.更多还原
