【摘要】 建国之初,百废待兴,优秀的海外留学生成为共产党和国民党双方争夺的对象。新中国的欣欣向荣局面吸引了海外留学生的目光,但西方各国对海外留学生的回国百般刁难,设置层层障碍。我国政府展开各种办法,通过设立民间组织“中国科学工作者协会”、各地建立留学生的专门机构以及外交上的种种周旋,争取了大批留学生回国。归国海外留学生为我国各项事业的发展做出了贡献。更多还原
