【Abstract】 In the late 1980s, there came a baby boom in Taizhou. Thus, during the period of the tenth Five-Year Plan, the population of the school age in Taizhou fluctuated violently in quantity and structure. The fluctuation, to a certain extent, affects the development of Taizhou’s elementary education in the early 21st century. In different phases of the elementary education, the scale, the speed and the gradation of the requirement for teachers will all be changed greatly. So during the period of the tenth Five-Year Plan, the scheme to develop the normal education in Taizhou should be adjusted correspondingly.更多还原
