生物质气化烤烟系统技术研究
STUDY ON TOBACCO-CURING SYSTEM BY BIOMASS PYROLYSIS GAS
【摘要】 针对目前烤烟设备存在的污染环境及热效率低等问题,提出以生物质能为能源,通过间接换热与直接换热相结合的方式进行烤烟的工艺。并详细介绍了基于这一思想所研究设计的由生物质燃气燃烧器、烟气净化器、温湿度控制系统、烤箱等主要部分组成的生物质气化烤烟系统。试验证明该系统能很好地满足烤烟所需的各种工艺条件,在温湿度的控制、能源利用效率方面都较传统土烤房有较大提高,热效率可达58 3%。
【Abstract】 A new tobacco~curing system was developed for improving the heat efficiency of the tobacco curing and reducing the environmental pollution.The biomass firstly was changed into pyrolysis gases,and then the gases burn and produce flue gases with high temperature,and the heat caring by the flue gas is transferred to the chamber by indirect heat exchange.The flue gas flows from the heat exchanger is filtered,and then was filled into the tobacco~curing chamber.The quality of the tobacco in certain concentration (lower than 1.35%) was improved,the heat efficiency of the system reaches 58% and reducing the curing time of 15 hours than that of traditional one as well as.
