晶体硅太阳电池丝网印刷电极接触电阻及其测量
THE MEASUREMENT OF SCREEN PRINTED FINGER CONTACT RESISTANCE ON CRYSTALLINE SILICON SOLAR CELL
【摘要】 金属电极与硅的接触电阻是影响太阳电池填充因子和短路电流进而影响光电转换效率的重要因素之一,本文研究了晶体硅太阳电池丝网印刷烧结银电极与硅接触电阻及其测量。判断印刷烧结工艺的好坏,应在保证p/n结特性良好的前提下使接触电阻最小为最佳。
【Abstract】 Finger contact resistance is one of the significant factors,which affects fill factor and efficiency of solar cells.Screen print and sintering contact are popular in PV industry.Measurement of Ohm contact is one of key evaluation for the process.The measurements of the screen printed silver finger contact resistance on crystalline silicon solar cells were investigated.The criterion for contact screen printing and sintering is to minimum contact resistance with excellent junction characteristics.
