On the Exploitation of School’s Personnel Resources
【摘要】 在知识经济时代 ,人力资源成为关键性的战略资源。学校人力资源的开发应做到 ,为学校人力资源的开发构筑高起点的平台 ;为教师潜力的发挥营造一个良好的生态环境 ;为教师素质的增值提供多种形式的帮助
【Abstract】 Personnel resources is a key factor of strategic resource in intellectual economical era.Well exploitation of personnel resources in schools is of great importance and significance.
