【Abstract】 Principles of measurement and marking about liquid crystal technique were introduced. Its applications in heat transferring, measurement of mixing time and temperature distributions in agitated tanks in recent years were reviewed and summarized. Some suggestions were brought up and discussed. Liquid crystal technique was a very useful measurement method, especially in measuring the temperature distributions in stired vessels.更多还原
