【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of network, the authentication for digital information has attracted much scientific and commercial attention. A novel semi-fragile digital image watermarking algorithm, which is based on JPEG lossy compression, is proposed in this paper. Simulation experiments prove that it will not degrade the objective and subjective quality of original images, and robustness is showed to JPEG lossy compression.
