动态硫化EPDM/POE制备工艺与性能研究

【摘要】 采用动态硫化的方法制备了三元乙丙橡胶 /聚乙烯烃类共聚物 (EPDM /POE)热塑性弹性体。初步探讨了动态硫化EPDM /POE的共混温度、硫化剂用量等加工工艺参数对力学性能的影响。其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随着加工温度的升高而提高 ;随着剪切速率的提高断裂伸长率增大 ,拉伸强度先增加后有所下降 ;提高EPDM的比例其永久形变降低 ,同时硬度也下降。

【Abstract】 The thermoplastic elastomer of EPDM/POE was prepared by dynamical vulcanization. The recipe and procedure of the thermoplastic eastomer (TPE) were investigated in this study. The tensile strength and the elongation at break increased as the temperature of blend increased. As the shear rate increased the elongation at break increased and the tensile strength increased at first but decreased finally. And the mechanical properties of traditional TPE such as the hardness and elongation set decreased as the ratio of EPDM improved.
