【摘要】 目的　对长时间左心辅助循环成功经验进行探讨。方法　于 2 0 0 2年 7月 9日对 1例冠状动脉搭桥术加二尖瓣置换术后出现严重低心排的患者施行左心辅助 ,共 2 3小时 40分。结果　抢救成功。结论　左心辅助作为一种安全有效和可信的救治衰竭心脏的方法 ,其成功应用有以下 4要素 :应用时机和患者选择 ;装置的选择及其表现 ;操作左心辅助医生对左心辅助理论的理解和对临床情况的判断力 ;左心辅助并发症的防治更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To summarize the successful experience of long duration left heart assistance. METHODS On July 9th 2002, one case suffer from serious low output syndrome after CABG and mitral valve replacement. Left heart assistant had been taken for nearly 24 hours. RESULTS successful result. CONCLUSIONS There are four factors influencing the effect of left heart assistance, (1)suitable patient selection, (2)assistant device selection, (3) the thorough understanding of physiology, (4) treatment of complication.更多还原
