【Abstract】 The radiochemical purity of tumor receptor imaging agent 99Tcm-octreotide is measured by High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and two systems of chromatography combining method of silver stain. The results show that the radiochemical purity of 99Tcm-octreotide measured by both methods are effective and correct. It can separate 99Tcm-octreotide from other radioactive compositions correctly and effectively.更多还原
