【Abstract】 Based on observations on the current situation of the management activity in the sea area around Xiamen and Jinmen Islands and that of Taiwan Strait, the paper suggests that it is imperative to form an integrated management system. It also indicates that the opportunity has come for marine management authorities from both sides to set up a negotiatory and cooperative mechanism. Active and effective communication and negotiatory work would ensure the realization of an overall and integrated management of marine environment in the Jinmen-Xiamen sea area.更多还原
