三种鲀的毒性及其与种的相关性研究
Relationship between toxicity and speciesin three pufferfishes
【摘要】 用小鼠生物检测法及薄层等电聚焦电泳法测定 3种河的毒性及其蛋白质组分的种属差异性 .结果表明 ,河的毒性强弱与其种属有密切关系 ,不同种河的毒性差异很大 ;同种河的不同个体以及同一个体的不同器官组织也有较大差异 .这些结果可为河资源的开发利用提供实验依据
【Abstract】 By using mouse biological test and isoelectric focusing electrophoresis method,protein distribution and toxicity of three pufferfishes were detected respectively.The results show that the relationship between toxicity and species in three pufferfishes is very close.All the results provided experimental basis for searching and using of resources in pufferfishes.
