【摘要】 目的　探讨泰安市病残儿的病因及优生对策。方法　对泰安市连续四年经医学鉴定确诊的 1336例病残儿进行分析。结果　病残儿重出现最高的为神经系统疾病 ,为 6 13例 ,占病残儿总数的 4 5 .88% ,其次为五官疾病 2 2 2例 ,第三为心血管畸形 14 6例。造成以上病残的原因有遗传因素、环境因素及产时因素。结论　必须大力开展优生优育咨询 ,加强孕期保健 ,提高产科质量 ,做好婴幼儿监护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore into the causes of disease for the disabled children in Taian City; Methods Analyze 1336 disabled children of disease whose have in Taian City’s medical institutions made verifications and definite diagnoses were made in these four years were away; Results: Disease in nervous system has the highest incidence rate, was the catchs of 597, i.e., 44.69% of the total number of the diseased children; and followed by facial feature disease, of 231 children; while the third is cardiovascular deformity, of 146 children. The factors causing these diseases include heredity, environment and childbirth procedure; Conclusion We must develop eugenic consultation, strengthen the health care during pregnancy period, raise the quality of children delivering, and wacth the infant do well.更多还原
