【摘要】 目的　探讨治疗毛细支气管炎的方法。方法　对 10 9例急性毛细支气管炎患儿在给与抗病毒药及抗生素治疗的基础上 ,采用普米可令舒、博利康尼、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗 ,并于吸药前、吸药后即刻、吸药后 10min、吸药后 30min、吸药后 1h、吸药后 3h、吸药后 6h分别观测患儿的心率、呼吸频率、肺部罗音及鼻翼扇动等指标。结果　所有患儿吸药后心率、呼吸频率、肺部罗音、鼻翼扇动等体征均即刻明显好转 ,且疗效维持时间 >3h。结论　普米克令舒、博利康尼、沐舒坦联合雾化吸入可明显减轻毛细支气管炎的症状 ,且维持时间较长 ,为毛细支气管炎的较好治疗手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods: 109 cases of acute bronchiolitis received nebulizing inhalation of pulmicort,bricanyl and mucosolvan after being given antiviral drugs and antibiotics.The physical signs such as heart rate,respiratory frequency,pulmonary rales and nares flaring were closely observed before inhalation and in 10 minutes,30 minutes,one hour,3 hours and 6 hours after inhalation. Results:All those signs have been improved and the curative effects lasted more than 3 hours. Conclusion: The therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms and the curative effects can be kept for a long time.更多还原
