【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒 (CDFI)对妊娠合并胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤的诊断价值及其对临床的指导意义。方法　回顾分析了 7例经病理证实的胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤的CDFI表现及妊娠结果。孕妇年龄 2 3～ 34岁 ,平均 2 8岁 ,妊娠周数为 2 0～ 38周 ,平均 2 6周。结果　单发 6例 ,多发 1例。 5例直径小于 5cm(包括多发性的 1例 ) ,2例直径大于 5cm。小于 5cm的肿瘤内部血流信号较少 ,随访均未发生并发症。大于 5cm的肿瘤内部可探及供血血管 ,其中较小的 1例亦未发生明显的并发症。较大的 1例内见粗大的血管 ,并探及连续性血流频谱 ,出现了胎儿水肿及心脏增大等严重并发症。结论　CDFI对于诊断胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤具有重要的价值 ,对于妊娠合并的较大肿瘤 ,尤其是大于 5cm者 ,CDFI的监测和随访对临床具有重要的指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of CDFI in pregnancies complicated by placental chorioangioma Methods: The CDFI manifestations of placental chrioangioma confirmed by pathology and pregnancy result of 7cases were analysed retrospectively These pregnant women ranged in age between 23～34 years with the mean age 28 years Menstrual age ranged between 20～38 W with the mean menstrual age of 26 W Results: There were 6 cases of solitary tumor, 1 case of multiple tumor, of which 5 cases were less than 5cm in diameter (including 1 case of multiple tumor),2 cases more than 5 cm in diameter Less blood flow signal was demonstrated within the tumor of less than 5 cm and no complications occurred in the pregnancies of these patients Feeding blood vessel was revealed within the tumor of more than 5 cm in diameter in 2 cases No obvious complications had occurred in 1 case with smaller tumor Serious complications including fetal hydrops and dialatation of fetal heart had happened in another case with tumor of more than 8 cm in diameter and large feeding vessel and continuous blood flow were revealed within the tumor Conclusion: CDFI plays an important role in diagnosing placental chrioangioma Examination and follow up by CDFI is valuable in clinical management for pregnancies complicated by large placental chrioangioma更多还原
