【摘要】 目的　探讨负压吸引术治疗迁延性伤口的临床价值。方法　对 2 8例慢性迁延性伤口 ,均采用间断性负压吸引术 ,然后常规换药 ,并观察其疗效。结果　 2 8例病人中 ,2 7例顺利愈合 ,治愈率达 96 4 3%,其中伤口在 2 0天内愈合 2 1例 (75 %)。结论　负压吸引术是治疗迁延性伤口的有效方法 ,简便易行 ,效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of vacuum drawing technique on the delayed wound healing. Methods: The chronic wounds of 28 cases were treated with the vacuum drawing technique, and the clinical effect observed. Results: In the 28 cases, the wounds of the 27 cases were cured, only one cases failed. Conclusion: Vacuum drawing technique is an effective method in treating the chronic wounds, and it is simple and feasible.更多还原
