【摘要】 目的　探讨钙通道阻滞剂—心痛定对促进化疗药物诱使卵巢癌细胞凋亡的作用。方法　从 2 7例复发卵巢癌患者腹水中提取富含癌细胞的悬液 ,应用 2种荧光单克隆抗体P170、CD95标记 ,经流式细胞仪检测。结果　应用心痛定组化疗后癌细胞CD95表达含量均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;心痛定对癌细胞P170表达含量无明显影响 ;化疗可使外周血淋巴细胞CD95表达含量增加。结论　心痛定对加强化疗药物疗效有明确的作用 ,特别是对耐药性患者具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of calcium antagonist(CA)-Nifedipinum combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advavced ovarian carcinoman by studing the cellular apoptosis factor CD95 (Fas factor) and Mdr-l expression (P170) before and after chemotherpy. Methods: The samples of ascites cancer cells (OCC) of twenty-seven ascites recurrent patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma were collected, immunologicaly markerd two kinds of fluorescent monocleonal antibodies-P170 and CD95 were immunologically marked and then were determined by flow cytometry. All the patients were followed up. Results: The CD95 expression contents of OCC were statistically improved in the AC group compared with those in Non-AC one (P<0.05);The P170 of OCC was not affected, as was improved in Ac group. Conclusion: This suggests Nifedipinum combined with chemotherapy can obviously improve the curative effect and prognosis in ovarian carcinoman and has important clinical significance, especially in those drug-resistant patients.更多还原
