【摘要】 目的　建立胞磷胆碱钠注射液中有关物质的HPLC测定方法。方法　HPLC法 :色谱柱为 phenomenerODS2 ,流动相 :0 0 5mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速为 1 0ml/min。结果　样品中最相邻两杂质峰R =1 8,胞苷酸回收率 99 2 % ,胞磷胆碱钠线性范围为 2 0 6～ 14 4 μg ,最低检测浓度为 0 0 6 μg/ml,胞苷酸线性范围为 0 0 2～ 0 18μg ,最低检测浓度为 0 0 0 2 μg/ml。结论　该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高。更多还原
