【摘要】 说明现代化信息技术条件下 ,应如何开展读者服务工作 ,并对今后读者服务工作的发展提出自己的见解。

【Abstract】 This article explains how to serve the readers by using the modern information technologies and furtherly proposes the views of the developing tendency of reader services in future.
