【Abstract】 Anti dumping has been one of the major factors which restrain the development of Chinese exports.The purpose of the article is to discuss the function of the guild in the anti dumping under the background of entering WTO.The article discusses the function mainly from three aspects as followings: before the investigation of anti dumping,during the investigation of anti dumping and after a verdict of the investigation of anti dumping.The functions of the guild discussed here is just theoretic.In fact, Chinese guild has many limitations restraining the guild to employ its functions effectively.So it is time for the guild to reform.更多还原
