【摘要】 将农村集体经济分为农业集体所有制和非农业集体所有制两种 ,分析了我国改革前后两种农村集体所有制经济制度的形成及其变迁的历程 ;认为现在的农村集体所有制 ,既与传统的集体所有制理论定性相矛盾 ,又与市场经济发展的要求不适应 ,农村集体经济仍存制度缺陷 ,其制度变迁遇到了阻力 ;最后指出 ,随着市场经济的发展 ,传统的集体所有制经济将被新的经济形式所取代。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the classification of collective agriculture ownership and non agriculture ownership,this paper analyses the formation and the changing process of these two styles of ownership.It is pointed out that the present rural collective ownership is neither in conformity with the traditional collective ownership theory nor in keeping up with the requirement of market economy.The author points out that the institutional drawback still exists in rural collective economy which obstructs the institutional change and that a new economic form will ultimately replace the traditional collective ownership economy.更多还原
