【摘要】 世界遗产的管理体系按其功能可以划分为决策层、执行层和协作咨询层 ,它们遵循一套动态、开放、操作性极强的制度 ,对浩繁的世界遗产相关事务进行着高效的管理。考察研究构成每一层次组织机构的基本功能 ,保持与这些机构的各种通讯联系 ,对我国参与国际范围的世界遗产研究与交流、申报和管理世界遗产具有一定的实际意义。我国现行的世界遗产管理体系具有纵向分离的特点 ,尽管起步较晚 ,但取得的成绩是显著的 ,迄今已列入 2 8项世界遗产和 1项“人类口头遗产和非物质遗产代表作” ,数量位居世界第三 ,这和我国世界遗产管理体系的积极运作是分不开的更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on the administrative system of the world heritage has been made from three levels of decision-making, implementation and cooperation-consultation. The basic functions of every institute in every level have been studied as well. Related communication addresses of these institutes are supplied for our research institutions and experts to contact. A brief discussion on current administrative system of China has also been made. This research could benefit the administration of our world heritages and the nominations of our potential heritages, and also be useful to our researchers and academic exchanges to outside world.更多还原
