【Abstract】 Knowledge management, which is based on knowledge sharing, knowledge usage and knowl-edge innovation, has come to more and more people s attention, since it is put forward in America in the 1990s. Human network analysis is always one of the topics in the sociological areas, and it is one of the topics in the management science too. What does human network mean to knowledge management? This paper first introduces the basic concepts of knowledge management and human network. Then the relations between knowledge management and human network are discussed in details. At last, the design and application of hu-man network in knowledge management are discussed.更多还原
