【Abstract】 Based on the comparison between scientific administration and humanistic administration, the paper points out that the library should insist on the unification of scientific and humanistic administration, as well as scientific and humanistic spirit. It also discusses the defects in current library administration and the principles for the reforming work, and points out that the modernization of the administration "software" plays an important role in the modernization of library work.更多还原
