【Abstract】 The library of local colleges & universities should adapt to the economic system of socialist markets, break the traditional conception, and choose the right agents to realize the cooperation among pub-lishers , agents and libraries, which leads to an effective system of exchanging information and well circulating, extrudes the scientific features, and at last sets up a perfect guarantee system for documentary resources.更多还原
