天然气储存用多孔炭的研究Ⅰ.高比表面积多孔炭的制备
STUDY OF POROUS CARBONS FOR STORAGE OF NATURAL GAS Ⅰ .PREPARATION OF POROUS CARBONS WITH HIGH SPECIFIC SURFACE AREA
【摘要】 以含碳量高且相对洁净的大庆石油焦为原料,通过KOH化学活化,制备出比表面积为2830m2/g且具有良好吸附性能的粉状多孔炭。考察了反应时间、反应温度、升温速率和剂料质量比、急冷温度等因素对活化结果的影响。结果表明,当活化温度为800℃,活化时间为1h,剂料质量比为4∶1,升温速率为4℃/min,急冷温度为500℃时活化效果比较理想。
【Abstract】 The porous carbons with high BET surface area used for the storage of natural gas were prepared from Daqing petroleum coke by chemical activation with potassium hydroxide as activated reagent. The influences of the process parameters including activation temperature, activation time, heating rate, weight ratio of potassium hydroxide to starting material and the temperature for sudden cooling of products on the adsorption properties of porous carbons were studied. Under the experimental conditions adopted in this study, porous carbon with high surface area around 2 830 m2/g has been successfully obtained. The optimum process parameters are as follows: the weight ratio of KOH to starting material is about 400% , the activation temperature is about 800 ℃ , the activation time is around 1 h,the increasing rate of temperature is about 4 ℃ /min and the temperature for initiating sudden cooling is about 500 ℃ .
