【Abstract】 This paper introduces the automation management of the library of South China Sea Institute of Oceanography,and electronic document networking services it provided.On this base,the paper points out that automation and networking is the only way for specialized libraries’ development under the network environment.In addition,the paper points out that specialized libraries will face a new subject of collecting,exploring and using network information.更多还原
