【摘要】 图书馆发展已到了一个重要阶段 ,新技术、新方法的应用使图书馆的服务由传统型向现代型转变。而为数不少的中小型图书馆在这一时期在紧跟时代进步的同时 ,一方面深感人才的缺乏 ,一方面现有的人力资源又得不到充分的利用。本文分析了目前中小型图书馆人力资源管理、使用方面存在的问题 ,并就如何高效利用现有人力资源并使其增值提出了一些解决的方法。更多还原
