At the beginning of our reform,the weakening of the drug preventing and controlling system,the great poverty in some areas and the stimulation of the actual large “consumption markte” are the main causes of the extension of drug crimes in China.Nowadays,the increasing flourishing of the international drug crimes and seeking high profits are also the important reasons for the development of drug crimes in China.
