【摘要】 根据 4 5Cr2NiMoVSi钢过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线和去氢退火工艺特征 ,改进了 5 0 0mm方锻材装入量 80t的去氢退火工艺曲线 ,去氢退火时间由原工艺的 1 35h减少至 86h。该钢退火前的氢含量为(1 5 2~ 1 81 )× 1 0 - 6 ,退火后的氢含量为 (0 38~ 0 6 0 )× 1 0 - 6 ,索氏体组织 ,硬度 2 4 5~ 2 90HB ,满足标准要求

【Abstract】 According to overcooling austenite continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curve of steel 45Cr2NiMoVSi and dehydrogenation annealing characteristics, the dehydrogenation annealing process curve for 500 mm×500 mm forgings annealing charging weight 80 t has been improved. The dehydrogenation annealing time using developed annealing process decreased to 86 h from 135 h (original dehydrogenation annealing time). The hydrogen content in steel before dehydrogenation annealing was (1.52~1.81)×10\+ -6 , after dehydrogenation annealing it was (0.38~0.60)×10\+ -6 and the structure of steel was sorbite, hardness 245~290HB to meet specification requirement.
