圆坯连铸机的高效化改造与生产实践
Production Practice and Revamping of Round Billet Caster for High Efficiency
【摘要】 通过开发和应用高拉速抛物线锥度结晶器 ,采用结晶器电磁搅拌和高精度板簧振动装置等工艺技术 ,对天津钢管公司Φ2 10~ 310mm圆坯连铸机二冷配水及拉矫机、冷床和计算机自动化系统进行了相应的改造 ,使连铸机拉速提高了 30 % ,年产量由 6 0万t提高到 90万t,铸坯的综合合格率为 99.6 6 %。
【Abstract】 The secondary cooling water distributing system, straightening machine, cooling bed and computer automation system for Φ210~Φ310 mm round billet caster at Tianjin Pipe have been revamped by development and application of advanced technology including parabolic taper mould for high speed casting, using electromagnetic stirring of the mould and high precision laminated spring vibrating device. After revamping the casting speed of caster increased by 30%, the annual output increased up to 900 000 t from 600 000 t, and the comprehensive qualified rate of casting billet was 99.66%.
