氮碳锰对介稳奥氏体锰钢加工硬化性能的影响
Effect of Nitrogen, Carbon and Manganese on Work-Hardening Ability of Metastable Austenite Manganese Steel
【摘要】 研究了氮、碳、锰对介稳奥氏体锰钢在冲击磨损条件下加工硬化性能的影响。结果得出 ,根据位错、层错和晶内孪晶、马氏体、析出物量对该钢加工硬化性的影响 ,降低 1.5C 12 .7Mn钢中碳、锰含量和加氮有利于提高介稳奥氏体锰钢的加工硬化性能
【Abstract】 The effect of nitrogen, carbon and manganese on work\|hardening ability of metastable austenite manganese steel in impact wearing condition was studied. The results showed that based on the effect of amount of dislocation, layer dislocation and twin crystal in crystal, martensite, and deposit on work hardening ability of test steel, it was available to increase the work\|hardening ability of 1 5 C 12 7 Mn metastable austenite manganese steel by adding nitrogen and decreasing carbon and manganese content in the steel.
