略论图书馆在新世纪的发展战略
On the Developing Strategy of library in New Century
【摘要】 随着我国计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨,图书馆的职能也将随之相应变化。在新的世纪,图书馆将面临着新的挑战和新的发展机遇。
【Abstract】 The funetions of library arc in company with change to system of socialist market economy from system planned economy in our country Library is laced with new challenges and new developing opportunity.
