Cu2+改性锆交联粘土的制备及其对NO选择还原的研究
Preparation of Cu Modified Zr-PILC and Study on Catalyst for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO by Propylene
【摘要】 采用Zr交联剂对天然蒙脱土进行撑柱,合成锆交联粘土(Zr PILC),并以其为载体,制备Cu离子改性的锆交联粘土催化剂,考察了不同制备工艺条件对富氧条件下C3H6还原脱除NO反应的催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,通过优化制备条件制得的催化剂Cu Zr PILC对富氧条件下C3H6选择还原NO反应具有良好的催化活性,NO最高转化率在300℃达到55 1%。
【Abstract】 Raw montmorillonite was pillared by oligomeric hydroxyl zirconium to synthesize Zr-PILC. Copper ion-modified Zr-PILC catalysts were prepared by changing preparation parameters and used to selective catalytic reduction of NO by propylene in the presence of oxygen. The catalyst Cu-Zr-PILC prepared under the most suitable conditions gave the highest NO conversion of 55.1% at the temperature of 300℃.
