两床变压吸附空分制氧过程的模拟
Simulation of a two-Bed pressure swing adsorption process for O2 product from air
【摘要】 通过动态柱穿透法测定空气中氮/氧吸附平衡数据,并应用于实验室规模的两床变压吸附(PSA)空分制氧过程的模拟;在PSA过程模拟中探讨了吸附压力、吸附时间、充压时间、进料流量和冲洗比等过程操作条件对产品气氧的纯度、收率和产率的影响,为PSA空分制氧过程提供一定设计依据。
【Abstract】 In the present work the data of N2/O2 adsorption equilibrium were measured by the laboratory setup of dynamic adsorption and were applied on the simulation of two - bed pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process for O2 product from Air in lab scale. The effects on O2 purity,recovery and productivity of adsorption pressure, adsorption time, purge time, feed flow rate and P/F ratio were discussed in the modeling of O2 PSA, and it is helpful for the design of PSA for O2 product from air.
