抗盐塑性水泥浆体系的室内评价和现场试验
IN-HOUSE EVALUATION AND FIELD TEST OF SALT RESISTING PLASTIC CEMENT SLURRY SYSTEM
【摘要】 塑性水泥浆体系是解决目前越来越多的深井、超深井固井难题的有效手段 ,但在大段盐膏层固井时 ,由于盐的侵入 ,而使水泥浆的性能发生改变 ,严重时可导致施工失败。为了提高盐膏层的固井质量 ,文章提出的抗盐塑性水泥浆体系 ,由G级水泥、早强增塑剂QA、降滤失剂SZ1 2、分散剂SXY、调凝剂PN和TEA组成。实践证明 ,该体系综合性能特别是抗盐性能优良 ,能满足深井、复杂井以及大段盐膏层的固井要求。
【Abstract】 The plastic cement system is an effective tool to solve the cementing problems of deep or super-deep wells,which appear more and more now. But when big salt beds exist,the property of cement slurry may be changed during cementing because of salt invasion,and sometimes even cementing failure may happen. To improve the cementing quality when salt beds exist,the article proposes the salt resisting plastic cement system,which consists of Grade G cement,Early strong plastifier QA,Fluid loss additive SZ 1-2,Dispersant SXY,and solidification adjusting agents PN and TEA. Practice proves the system has excellent integrative property,especially for salt resisting. It can meet the cementing requirements for deep wells,complicated wells,and wells with big salt beds.
