废弃凝析气藏注污水提高采收率室内实验及现场应用
IN-HOUSE EXPERIMENT AND FIELD APPLICATION FOR ABANDONED CONDENSATE GAS RESERVOIRS TO IMPROVE RECOVERY RATIO BY INJECTING WASTE WATER
【摘要】 使用中国大港板桥油气田板Ⅱ组废弃凝析气藏的真实岩心和配制的流体 ,首先在PVT中进行了CVD试验 ,然后在长岩心中进行衰竭试验达到 8MPa废弃压力 ,并在保持 8MPa下进行了注水速度敏感的实验对比 ,还开展了注水增加压力到 2 0MPa后再进行恒压注水方式开发试验。研究表明 ,长岩心中衰竭实验凝析油采收率比PVT筒中CVD测试凝析油采收率高 1倍 ,与实际气田衰竭式开发凝析油采收率相近。在废弃压力下注水进行注采平衡开发凝析油可新增采收率 3.39% ,天然气新增采收率 10 .11% ,效果较好 ;在废弃压力下注水速度快 ,获得的凝析油采收率相对较高 ;采用注水恢复地层压力到 2 0MPa后再进行注采平衡开发油采收率可新增 0 .6 8% ,天然气采收率新增 5 .39%。根据实验 ,现场采用强注污水开发凝析气藏试验 ,提高了采收率 ,同时解决了现场污水处理问题 ,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益
【Abstract】 Using real rock core from the abandoned conden sa te gas reservoir of Ban Group 2 in Dagang Banqiao Oil and Gas Field,and the mad e up fluid,CVD testing was first conducted in PVT cylinder.Then the depletion t esting was conducted in long core,reaching to 8 MPa of the abandoned pressure.Ke eping the pressure 8 MPa,the test comparison was done for the sensitivity to th e flooding rate.Also,increasing the flooding pressure to 20 MPa,the production test was conducted with constant pressure flooding.The results indicate that th e recovery ratio of condensate in the depletion experiment of the long core is 2 times of that measured by CVD testing in PVT cylinder,and similar to that of re al gas field exploited by depletion.The recovery ratio can increase 3.39% for c ondensate,and 10.11% for natural gas by flooding under the abandoned pressure wi th balanced injection and production rate.Under the abandoned pressure,the faste r the injection rate is, the higher the recovery ratio of condensate is.The rec overy ratio can increase 0.68% for condensate,and 5.39% for natural gas if the f ormation pressure is recovered to 20 MPa by flooding,then producing with balance d injection and production rate.According to the testing,exploiting condensate g as reservoirs by injecting waste water can improve the recovery ratio,and solve the problem of waste water processing at the same time,which has obvious benef it on economy and society.
