早期气侵监测声波发生技术
SONIC WAVE SENDING TECHNIQUE OF EARLY AIR CUTTING DETECTING
【摘要】 声波气侵早期检测方法是一种先进的方法。文章针对该方法中存在的瓶颈部分 ,即声波发生器问题进行了系统研究 ,提出了解决该方法所存问题的四种技术 ,即电动机调速变流量技术、卸压分流技术、双泵增流技术与柴油机调速变流量技术 ;并对各种技术的应用范围、优缺点及现场使用情况进行了分析 ,提出电动机调速变流量技术与柴油机调速变流量技术是两种安全、可靠、很有发展潜力的技术。这两种技术已经在多口井上进行了实验 ,获得满意效果
【Abstract】 The sonic wave sending technique of early air cutting detecting is an advanced one.The bottleneck of the method, which is the sonic wave emitter,has been systematically studied.The paper offers 4 techniques to solve the problem.They are the flow rate changing technique by electromotor speeder,the pressure releasing and diffluence technique,the flow increasing technique with double pumps and the flow rate changing technique by diesel engine speeder.Also,the applicable range,the advantages and field using conditions of the 4 techniques are analyzed in the paper.It is indicated that the flow rate changing techniques by electromotor and diesel engine speeders are 2 safe,reliable and expansible techniques.The two techniques have been tested in several wells and the results are satisfactory.
