新型耐磨材料特性在塔里木油田的推广应用
PROPERTY OF A NOVEL ANTI-ABRASIVE MATERIAL AND ITS POPULARIZAION AND APPLICATION IN TALIMU OIL FIELD
【摘要】 根据塔里木探区油层埋藏较深 ,地层情况特别复杂 ,钻井难度高 ,单井钻井时间长 ,套管的磨损很严重的特点 ,文章提出了采用一种新型的钻杆耐磨带材料 ,在钻杆母接头根部凸焊 70mm宽 ,2~ 3mm厚的耐磨带。现场实践表明 ,新型耐磨带可以实现对套管和钻杆的双重保护 ,有效地解决了塔里木油田深井套管磨损的难题
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics in Talimu prospecting region,such as deep seated reservoirs,especially complicated geological conditions drilling with large difficulty,long time consuming for drilling a well,and serious casing wear,etc.,it is proposed in the paper to adopt a novel drillpipe hardbanding material,i.e.projectively welding the hardbanding material with 70 mm width and 2~3 mm thick at the end of a femal connector of the drillpipe.Through applying it on the spot,it was indicated that a dual protection of casing and drillpipe may be realized and the deepwell casing abrasion problem in Talimu Oil Field can be effectively solved.
