硼与小麦不同器官中IAA、GA3、iPA和ABA含量的关系
Relationship between boron and IAA, GA3, iPA and ABA content in the different organs of wheat
【摘要】 用溶液培养试验研究硼与小麦不同器官中激素含量的关系。结果表明,无硼处理与对照B10处理相比小麦穗部IAA含量亏缺,而且运输受阻,茎部有IAA积累。无硼处理小麦不同器官中IAA含量及比例都发生变化。B0与B10处理GA3含量变化趋势不同,B0呈低于B10处理的趋势。两个处理的iPA含量变化差异更大,B0处理穗部iPA明显低于B10处理;茎部也是如此,且两个处理变化趋势正相反。无硼处理旗叶ABA含量随生育期逐渐升高,施硼处理基本不变。可能这些变化与缺硼导致的小麦雄性不育有关。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted with solution culture to study the relationship between boron and IAA , GA3, iPA and ABA Content in the Different Organs of Wheat The results showed there was less IAA under the condition of boronfree than B10 treatment, and its transportation was blocked There was accumulation of IAA in stem The content and proportion of IAA in the different organs of wheat were changed Under the condition of B0 and B10, the changes of GA3 content were different The GA3 content in B0 showed a lower trend than that in B10 The variance of iPA content between the two treatments was even more significant The iPA in ear in B0 was apparently lower than that in B10 It was the same case in stem, and what’s more the change trends in the two treatments are right opposite The ABA content of flag leaf in B0 gradually increased with the development of the plant, whereas in B10 it was nearly constant All those changes were probably related to the male sterility of wheat caused by borondeficiency
