【摘要】 建立薄层层析—比色法测定降糖安胶囊中胡芦巴皂苷B含量的方法。采用硅胶H薄层板 ,氯仿∶甲醇∶醋酸∶水 (2 5∶12∶2∶2 )为展开剂 ,在碘蒸气中定位 ,用高氯酸显色 ,32 5nm波长处检测 ,点样量在 35ug～ 385ug范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为A =2 85 .6C 1.313,相关系数r =0 .9991,平均回收率为 96 .2 3% ,RSD =1.75 %。本法准确 ,适用于该药的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method was established for the determination of Huluba saponin B from Trigonella foenum-graecum L. in Jiangtangan capsule by TLC-colorimetry. Using silica gel TLC plate, a mixture of chloroform∶methanol∶acetic acid∶water(25∶12∶2∶2) was used as developer and sample band was ascertained in vapour of iodine. Perchloric acid was used for reagent of reaction colorable and detection wavelength was chosen at 325nm. Linear rang is at 35 μg～385 μg and it’s regression equation is A=285.6C-1.313, r=0.9991. The average recovery is 96.23% and RSD=1.75%.The method is accurate and suitable for the quality control of preparation.更多还原
