【Abstract】 Annonaceous acetogenins are the natural products inhibiting strongly mitochondrial complex Ⅰ , which are characterized by a long alkyl chain compounds containing terminal γ-lactone and tetrahydrofuran. This paper reviews the kinetic characterization of mito-chondrial complex Ⅰ inhibited by annonaceous acetogenins and their structural activity relationships, and the applications of annona-ceous acetogenins as anticancer drugs and insecticides.更多还原
