长叶水麻化学成分的研究
INVESTIGATION ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF DEBREGEASIA LONGIFOLIA
【摘要】 长叶水麻 (Debregeasialongifolia(Burm .f.)Wedd .)是荨麻科植物 ,果可食 ;根入药 ,除风湿。本文首次从其枝、叶乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离鉴定出 5种黄酮甙类化合物 ,它们分别是 :epicat echin(化合物 1) ,quercetin 3 O β D galactopyranoside(化合物 2 ) ,kaempferol 3 O β D galactopyranoside(化合物 3) ,quercetin 7 O β D glucopyranoside(化合物 4 ) ,apigenin 7 O β D glucopyranoside(化合物 5 )。
【Abstract】 The fruit of Debregeasia longifolia (Burm.f.)Wedd.can be eaten and its root can be used as a Chinese traditional herbal medicine to cure rheumatism.In this paper,5 flavonoids have been isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of the alcohol extract for the first time.Respectively,the flavonoids are epicatechin,quercetin 3 O β D galactopyranoside,kaempferol 3 O β D galactopyranoside,quercetin 7 O β D glucopyranoside,apigenin 7 O β D glucopyranoside.
