采用模式识别法优化肌苷发酵条件
OPTIMIZATION OF INOSINE FERMENTATION CONDITIONS BY PATTERN RECOGNITION METHOD
【摘要】 通过模式识别方法对肌苷产生菌枯草芽孢杆菌TX 3的培养基进行优化得到最优配比,同时对种子生长状况和发酵培养中温度与通风条件进行了研究,最终确定该菌株的最佳培养条件,在最适条件下该菌株肌苷产量可达18.53g/L。
【Abstract】 The media of inosine producing Bacillus subtilis TX3 were optimized by pattern recognition method and the optimal medium composition was obtained. Meanwhile the seed culture, the temperature and aeration in fermentation were studied to confirm the optimal culture conditions.The productivity of inosine was improved to 18.53g/L in the optimal condition.
