基于现场总线的智能数据采集器的研发
R & D OF INTELLIGENT DATA ACQUISITION INSTRUMENT BASED ON FIELDBUS
【摘要】 首先介绍了基于现场总线的智能数据采集器的基本概念,具体讨论了智能数据采集器单片机系统设计、模拟量采集子模块设计、通讯子模块设计。实际应用结果表明,该产品大大提高了数据采集的灵活性、智能性,扩大了数据采集和处理的范围,提高了数据传输的安全性与可靠性。
【Abstract】 The conception of intelligent data acquisition instrument based on fieldbus is introduced. The design of the microcontroller system, analog quantity acquisition subsystem and communication subsystem are discussed. The results of practical application indicate that this product greatly improves the flexibility and intelligence in data acquisition, enlarges the scope of data acquisition and data process, and enhances the reliability and security of data transmission.
