公路工程瞬态激振无损检测技术
NONDESTRUCTIVE DETECTION TECHNIQUE FOR TRANSIENT VIBRATION USED TO HIGHWAY ENGINEERING
【摘要】 讨论了路面瞬态振动信号分析处理技术。对振动信号反演分析可获得下部路基结构的剪切波速。简述了瞬态面波数据处理的方法技术,针对目前数据采集时必须限制道间距在一个波长范围内存在的问题,提出了瞬态面波采集时道间距不受限制的数据处理技术。建立了4种路基密度与瑞雷波速度的相关模型,研制了最佳模型自动选取软件,讨论了压实度建立的标准,从而实现了路基压实度的检测。对振动信号进行频谱分析,可获得路面脱空状况的信息。对于路面存在脱空,其主频值通常小于50Hz。对路基加固处理后,其剪切波速将会提高。据此可通过对加固前后振动信号的测试,反演路基剪切波速值,实现对路基加固效果的评价。应用结果表明,该技术在上述几个方面可取得显著效果。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the nondestructive detection technique, which contains analyzing and processing the signal of transient vibration on road surface, is discussed. Through the retrogressive analysis of the vibration signal, that the Rayleigh surface wave velocity in tottom roadbed structure is obtained. A data acquisition processing technique of arbitrary channel spacing for transient surface wave is put forward, to avoid the application of the restrictive spacing which must be less than wave length in data acquisition at present. Four kinds of correlation models related to roadbed density and surface wave velocity are established . At same time, the software for automatic searching the optimal correlation model is developed. The criterion for establishment of compactness is discussed, then the detection for the compactness of roadbed can be put into effect. It is found that the value of main frequency is usually less than 50 Hz in the case of the road surface separating from roadbed. After the roadbed is strengthened, the shear wave velocity of roadbed could be increased. The applied results show that, using the technique in question, the remarkable success on the aspects of above mentioned can be achieved.
