【摘要】 民间机构是市场经济现代体制中不可缺少的组成部分。本文采用博弈论的方法,从民间机构的三大要素,即专业人士、自身信誉和信息服务三个方面分析民间机构对建筑行业自律机制的促进作用,并针对我国建筑业民间机构的现状和存在的问题,就如何加强民间机构的制度建设,规范民间机构的自身行为,发挥民间机构在建设市场中的积极作用等问题提出若干建议。这些建议包括:深化产权改革,使民间机构成为市场经济中独立的第三方,而不是政府的附属机构;加强建筑业专业人士队伍建设;提高民间机构的信息服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an integral part of the modem market economy system, nongovernmental institutions are one of the factors that significantly affect the development of China’s construction industry. Using game theory as a tool, the promotional effects of nongovernmental institutions on self-restrain mechanism of construction industry are analyzed from the point of view of their main elements, including professional persons, reputation and information services. Their status quo and problems are identified. In order to strengthen the institutional development and enhance the level of self - control of nongovernmental institutions so that they play more active role in China’s construction market, some suggestions are proposed, which can be summarized as: to deepen the properly right reform to make nongovernmental institutions the independent third party in market-oriented economy, rather than the subsidiary body of government; to improve the quality of professional persons of construction industry; and to enhance the level of information service of nongovernmental institutions.更多还原
