【Abstract】 One of the functions of the railway transportation department is ensuring its maximal economic benefit, namelythe maximal income of transportation. The system of optimization and adjustment according to the requirements of thesubstations is a new system based on the working mode of transportation enterprise before. It eliminates the blindness oftransportation and guarantees the economic benefit of the enterprises.
